FP: Chapter 19 is here!  Woot!  Woot!

G: And the suspense continues…. Bum, bum, bum!

P: Ahh!

JT: Why do you always do that?

P: Because it’s fun to do it.

FP: It is fun to do.  Okay let’s start the chapter.

G: No other funny things we can do?

JT: None that I can think of unless you want to go around making pictures of Foamy the Squirrel flicking people off and put the name of your school under as if he was saying the school sucks or something.

P: I want to do that for a senior prank.

G: I’d do it too.

FP: My ex-boyfriend Josh would do it.  But you already know he’s crazy enough since he busted up the principle’s car him and some other people at his last high school he went to.

JT: And he never got caught.  Enjoy chapter 19!

Chapter 19 4th of July with the Case Family, an Uninvited Guest, and a Surprise pt. 2

School had ended for the day.  But for someone like Sammy, its like school’s still in session.  At home, Diane was showing Drusilla around the house.  Since she doesn’t officially start mentoring Sammy until tomorrow, she figured she’d come over and just take some notes on what she might need to work with him on.  Right now, she and Diane are in the kitchen just having a light friendly conversation.

“This is a very lovely home you have here Ms. Tsukino,” said Drusilla.

“Thank you, Drusilla and please, call me Diane,” replied Diane.

“COOKIES!!!” yelled Sammy excitedly as he came running in the kitchen and heading for the gianormous cookie jar that was sitting on the counter next to the refrigerator.

“Oh no you don’t!” said Drusilla as she caught Sammy by the back of his shirt before he was able to reach the jar. “That is certainly not a proper way to behave or eat for that matter.  No sweets before dinner.  Now, if you want a cookie, you ask your mother for it nicely but it’ll be for after dinner only.”

“Hey, you ain’t my mother, lady!  Let me go!” Sammy was trying to squirm free from Drusilla’s grip but she had a tight grip on his shirt.

“Samuel!  That is not a way to talk to your mentor.  Apologize,” ordered Diane.

“What for?  You always let me get a cookie or a Popsicle before dinner.  Or at least Bunny gets me a Popsicle,” said Sammy, crossing his arms.

“Bunny?” Drusilla was confused at whom Sammy was talking about.

“Uh, Bunny is one of my daughters as well as her twin sister Jasmine, who have not made it home yet.  And Ryoko—

“Hooker tits,” Sammy blurted out, interrupting Diane.

“What?” Drusilla looked at Sammy.

“That’s what he calls her.  She’s my children’s cousin.  And Sakura and Rini are their cousins as well.  It would explain things later on when a bunch of girls come bombarding in the house and complaining about something,” Diane explained, while also sighing.

“I see.  So, we’re also going to have to work on your behavior and manners as well as this immature name calling to your cousin Ryoko.  Who I will probably meet later I’m sure,” said Drusilla.

“Yes, that’s right,” Diane said.

“Hey, you should see how big her boobs are man.  They are like—

“Enough!  Go start on your homework right now while I finish talking to your mother,” replied Drusilla.

“But—

“Do what she says Samuel and go start on your homework.” Diane crossed her arms.

“Fine.  But only if she let’s my shirt go because girls… don’t dig a wrinkly shirt,” said Sammy.

Drusilla let Sammy’s shirt go and he left the kitchen and went into the living room to start on his homework.

“I’m so sorry that my son is—

It’s okay, Diane.  It’s my job to help children that need to understand how to address people in a proper manner and show respect to their parents as well.  I’m just here to help is all?” Drusilla bowed to Diane.

She was about to leave the kitchen when Diane stopped her for a moment.

“Before you go, I see you’ve brought some of your things with you, you can put them all in the guestroom next to Samuel’s bedroom,” said Diane.

“Thank you, Diane.  I will do that.” Drusilla smiled and left the kitchen.

Drusilla went into the living room.  Sammy was doing his homework over by the sofa on the coffee table or at least it looked like he was because he wasn’t.  He was scribbling stick figures in very obscene positions.  But Drusilla didn’t see what he was doing so she just grabbed her things that she had sat by the staircase and went upstairs.

Rini was coming downstairs while Drusilla was going up.  She was going to the kitchen to get something to eat but she noticed Sammy sitting on the floor doing his homework on the coffee table. She walked over towards the couch and leaned on the back of it.

“So, the munchkin’s finally doing some homework for a change, eh?” asked Rini, sarcastically.

Sammy turned around and looked at her crazy. “Homework?  Ha!  You’re out of your mind, Rini.  I’m drawing stick figures.  See, look at this.” He showed her the stick figures he was drawing to Rini.  Most of them he had drawn were doing butt sex and others he had touching on each other or in-group orgies.

Rini looked like she wanted to hurl.  “You are so disgusting, Sammy!  You have nothing else better to do but draw stick figures having sex with each other?!  That was just sick and wrong!!  Ugh!” she walked away in frustration and disgust and went into the kitchen.  Sammy just started laughing so himself.

Meanwhile upstairs, Drusilla had made it to the guestroom upstairs.  She went in, turned on the light switch, and sat her things on the floor.  The room was a medium size room big enough for two people to share.  The walls were beige and so was the carpet.  There was also a twin size bed with sheets and comforter already on it.  There was even a little mini-dresser for a guest to but their things in.

“Well, this will do just fine,” Drusilla, said to herself.

Drusilla turned off the lights, left out of the room and closed the door.  She had her tablet and pencil in her hands so she can jot some things down that she might need to work with Sammy on.  As she started walked down the hall back downstairs, she noticed Sammy’s room next to the guestroom.

(Drusilla’s POV)

It would be wrong to snoop in someone’s personal belongings but how will I ever know why Samuel acts the way he does if I don’t look.  Maybe…

(End POV)

Drusilla walked down towards Sammy’s room.  She carefully placed her right on the doorknob and gently turned it.  When she opened the door to his room, turned on the lights, and got the shock of her life.  Pictures and posters all of the walls of his room of swim suit models, half-naked girls, a very huge infinity X-rated picture of Angelina Jolie over his bed in plain sight, in corner over by the dresser was a pile of toys and a small box that says ‘My Little Treasure Chest’ next to two toy trucks.  And small stacks of hustler magazines scattered almost all over the floor.

Drusilla gasped in shock and started scribbling down some notes in her tablet.  That’s when Sammy appeared behind her with his arms crossed.  But she didn’t know that he was behind her.

“And just what in the hell are you doing in my room?” he asked.

Drusilla jumped in fright a little and turned around and saw Sammy looking at her with his eyebrows arched as if he was about to do something.  “Your… room… it’s… um…”

“Interesting?  Yeah, I thought so too when I found all these pictures.” He ran in his room, climbed on his bed and started rubbing the poster above his bed. “And this… is my favorite.  Angelina Jolie is a sexy bitch.  My sexy bitch and all of these other ladies are my hoes and whores in training.  Woot!  Woot!  Pull over that ass too phat!!!  Woot!  Woot!” Sammy started jumping up and down on his bed and shaking his butt.

“No!  No!  No!  This just simply will not do!!  This all has to go!!” said Drusilla as she started scribbling in her tablet again.

“What do you mean it has to go?  Anything that’s in this room is staying and I mean that!  So don’t touch anything or I’ll have your head on a silver platter!!” Sammy shouted.

“I don’t care how many times you threaten me, this stuff is going.  All of these pictures, the magazines, and that poster over your bed has got to go.  I’ll even have it burned to keep you from putting it back up!  I am your mentor and what I say goes.  I may not officially start working with you until tomorrow but at least I can take notes on what needs to be worked on!  So, starting tomorrow, when you get home, all of this… will be gone!  And I mean GONE!!” Drusilla was so angry, her face was all red and her left eye was twitching.

“Oh no, you ain’t getting’ no where near my pictures or my posters.  Besides, those magazines aren’t mine.  I’m just reading them and then I put them back,” said Sammy.

“I don’t care who they belong to, they’re going out of this room first thing tomorrow.  When I discuss this monstrosity with your mother, you won’t be able to do anything about keeping all of this in your room.” Drusilla straightened up her glasses and left Sammy’s room.

Sammy, on the other hand, was sitting on his bed in anger because by tomorrow, all of his pictures, posters, and probably everything else… will be gone.

AT JOEY’S HOUSE:

Meanwhile at Joey’s house, Mina and Joey were in the living room on the floor by the coffee table doing Biology homework.  Normally schools require it to be taken in the tenth grade but Mina had passed it with half a credit in America so she had to take the class again to get a full credit.  Joey failed Biology three times in his tenth grade year.  For every time he didn’t pass it, they removed an elective off of his schedule and replace it with Biology until he passes it.

Right now, he and Mina are working on some worksheets and bookwork on the Reproductive System.  This is about the only class they have together.  And as usual, Joey’s always clueless about something with his homework or he just copies someone else’s work.

“Joey, this stuff is totally easy.  I don’t see how you failed this class,” Mina replied.

She’d been doing most of the homework while trying to keep Joey from copying her answers.

“Maybe my brain’s slowly developing or something, I don’t know.  I just can’t seem to pass this class even if I do take my time and find the answers in the book.  And they keep giving me the same teacher every freakin’ time.  Mr. Shioko has failed me in his Biology class three times now.  For every assignment, test, and project he gives the entire class.  I’m telling you Mina, he’s out to get me,” Joey said.

“Mr. Shioko’s not out to get you, Joey.  I’m sure if you studied harder, you’ll pass,” said Mina, smiling.

“Yeah, but I already know about the Reproductive System, sex, and where babies come from.  This I can pass.  But he still fails me even though I might have some answers right on any of my work,” said Joey.

Mina started giggling.  Joey sweat dropped.  “Are you laughing at me?” he asked.

“Oh come on, Joey.  You don’t realize what you just said?  You said sex like you’re some kind of expert on it or something.  When I know for a fact that you are a virgin,” replied Mina.

“And how do you know? Who told you anyway?   More importantly, so are you!” said Joey, while pointing at Mina.

“One, I believe the person who told me, two, you’re the one who told me you were, and three, yes I am a virgin but I can guarantee that I might be better at it than you,” Mina said.

“You really think you’re better than me?” asked Joey, arching his eyebrow.

“No, I don’t-

“Ha!  I knew it!” interrupted Joey.

“I’m not finished.  I don’t think I’m better at it than you, I know I am,” said Mina.

“Nope, I don’t think so,” said Joey.

“You wanna bet?” Mina asked, smiling seductively.

“Actually, yeah, I do.  Ten dollars in fact,” said Joey as he crossed his arms in confidence.

Mina sat her pencil on the table next to her book and homework, got up off the floor, walked around to the other side of the table where Joey was and kneeled down next to him.

“Are you sure you want to lose ten bucks?” asked Mina.

“I won’t be losing any money so, yeah, I’m sure,” replied Joey.

“Okay,” said Mina shrugging, “you asked for it.”

Joey just stared blankly at Mina.  “What are you going to do?” he asked.

“You’ll see, but first,” Mina moved closer to Joey, pulled him back towards the front of the sofa, and sat in his lap in a straddling position.  Joey’s eyes got really big when he realized what Mina was doing.  He could barely speak, “so do you want me to go easy on you or do you want my best work?” she whispered in his ear seductively, which made Joey blush.

“Oh, I want your best work,” he replied.

“Okay, but don’t say I didn’t warn you,” Mina said, smiling.

Joey snaked his arms around Mina’s waist and brought her closer to his chest.  Mina’s lips parted and her eyelids grew heavy.  She brought her face down to Joey’s and kissed him passionately on his lips.  Joey shifted upward a little bit as he kissed her back.

“I want you Joey,” Mina moaned softly, still kissing him.

Joey broke the kiss for a moment to speak.  “Well, I’m right here and I’m not going anywhere,” he said.

Mina smiled at him.  She leaned closer to him and slightly brushed her lips against him left ear and whispered, “Yeah, but you’re not inside me yet.”

Joey’s face turned bright red.  Mina began rubbing her hands up and down his chest.  He inhaled and exhaled slowly as she moved her hand down to the waist ban of his pants.

“Is this too much for you Joey?  Because if it is, I can stop,” said Mina, smiling devilishly.

Joey swallowed hard. “No, of course not.  Please continue if you will,” he replied.

Mina nodded and slowly began making a trail of kisses from Joey’s ear down further to his neck.  The way she was making him feel sent shivers throughout his entire body.  She moved her hand back up around Joey’s neck and began unbuttoning his shirt button by button.  When she got to the last one, she took it off and threw it on the floor next to them.  Joey looked at Mina, his eyes big and wide.  She just smiled.

Lightly, she drew a trail from his lips down to the waistband of his pants and back with her eyes.  While running her hands over the soft and silkiness of his chest, she leaned closer to the left side of his face and nibbled lightly on his ear, causing Joey’s breathing to get heavier.

Mina ran her hands down from his shoulders, all the way down to his waist, finding his belt buckle.  She unbuckled it and removed the belt from the loops of Joey’s pants.

“Just for the record, are you sure you want to go through with this?” asked Mina.

Joey wrapped his arms around Mina’s waist, lifting her off of his lap, laying her firmly onto the floor. “If I wasn’t sure, I wouldn’t be doing this right now,” he replied.

He kissed her ever so lightly while placing both of his hands apart from each other and on Mina’s thighs.  Mina blushed slightly as he began to move his hands up under her skirt, feeling the material of her silk lace panties.

Then all of a sudden, Mina began to giggle.  Joey gave her a look of confusion.

“What’s so funny?” he asked.

“I’m laughing because you’re just as inexperienced as I am,” Mina said.

“Hey, I’ll have you know that there are some things I’ve learned for an inexperienced guy,” said Joey.

“Oh really?  Why don’t you show me what you’ve learned, big shot,” teased Mina.

Joey sweat dropped nervously.  “Eh, sure.  Of course.”

Meanwhile outside, Jasmine and Yugi were on the porch, knocking on the door.  And of course Joey and Mina didn’t hear anything because they were too busy making out in the living room.

“That’s strange, I could’ve sworn that Joey and Mina were home.  Maybe they went somewhere,” replied Yugi.

“Oh I doubt that.  Mina couldn’t go shopping even if she wanted to.  Right now, she has no money.  Her mother only sends her enough money for her to buy things that she needs.  I’m pretty sure they’re here,” Jasmine said.

“And how’s that exactly?” Yugi asked.

Jasmine put her hand on the doorknob and slowly turned it.  Instead of it being locked, it was actually unlocked.  She opened the door slowly and peered her head inside looking around.

“Yep, they’re definitely here.  The door is unlock and their shoes are next to the coat rack,” Jasmine replied.

“Well, let’s go in then,” Yugi said.

Jasmine opened the door wider and her and Yugi walked inside

“I don’t see them,” said Yugi.

“Hold on a minute… I think I hear something.  I can’t exactly figure out what that noise is though,” said Jasmine.

Mina and Joey were still in the living room and hadn’t noticed that anyone had come into the house.  By this time, Joey’s pants were unzipped and Mina’s shirt was unbuttoned and partially off.

Though Jasmine and Yugi and Jasmine were looking in other parts of the house for them.

“Joey!  Mina!  Are you guys here?” Yugi called out.

Jasmine walked towards the entrance of the living room and saw Joey and Mina.  Before Yugi could go upstairs to look for them, Jasmine tapped him on the shoulder.

“Hey Yugi, I think they’re right here in the living room,” replied Jasmine.

Yugi turned around and looked into the living room and saw something that he didn’t need to or want to see for that matter.

“OH MY GOD!!!” he yelled while shielding his eyes. “I AM SO SCARRED FOR LIFE BECAUSE OF THAT!!”

Joey and Mina heard Yugi shout and they jumped up and quickly fixed their clothes.  Mina had to help Joey because he kept fumbling too much. Jasmine, on the other hand, just crossed her arms.  She looked on the coffee table and saw what their homework was and then looked by at them.

“So… does doing homework on the Reproductive System require you both to make out as a demonstration?” she joked.

Yugi was still covering his eyes with his hands.

“Hey Yuge, you can uncovered your eyes now.  It’s not like we had our clothes completely off or nuttin’,” replied Joey.

“Even so, your door should’ve been locked if you knew you were going make out.  What if Joey’s father walked in on you two instead me and Yugi?” Jasmine put her hands on her hips.

Mina and Joey just looked at each other and then back at Yugi and Jasmine.

“Well, for one thing, my dad would go ballistic.  He’d be pissed and tell me that Mina would have to move out,” said Joey.

Mina looked at Joey with worry in her eyes. “Joey, I’m sorry.  I guess I shouldn’t have teased you about the ‘you know what’.  We’re lucky that Jasmine and Yugi walked in on us and not your father.  Not only would he tell me I’d have to leave, but he’d also say that you couldn’t see me anymore.  I really don’t want that,” she said, frowning.

“Yeah he would.  Sorry if we scarred you both for life.  Next time I’ll remember to lock the door,” said Joey.

It’s okay, Joey.  I had a feeling you two were doing something like this in here the reason you didn’t hear us calling you.  At least they don’t express it in public like some couples do.  Don’t you agree, Yugi?” asked Jasmine, smiling.

Yugi removed his hands from over his eyes but he was blushing at what Jasmine was asking him. “Yeah, uh, sure.”

“Why don’t you guys come into the living room?  We’ll just move all of our stuff out of the way and onto the sofa,” said Mina.

“Okay,” said both Yugi and Jasmine.

As Joey and Mina moved their things off of the coffee table and onto the sofa, Jasmine and Yugi sat down on the floor on the other side of it across from Joey and Mina.  They both sat down after they finished moving their things.

“So, what brings you two by anyway?” asked Joey.

“Well, we came too talk about those invitations we got from Jessica today at lunch, remember?” said Jasmine.

“Oh yeah.  That.  Joey threw both of our invitations in the trash as soon as we got home.  He said he was going to burn them, but he forgot where his dad hid all of his lighters,” Mina replied

Jasmine and Yugi sweat dropped.

“Of course I’d burn them.  Who in their right mind would want to go to one of Jessica’s parties?  Certainly not me, that’s for sure,” Joey said, crossing his arms.

“Actually, I do,” Jasmine replied.

Joey and Mina just looked at Jasmine.

“Don’t worry, I have a good reason to want to go.  And it’s not because I want to because I don’t.  I am organizing a petition to bring the after school dance program back for the tenth and ninth graders that want to learn how to dance.  Not just watch the juniors and seniors dance and serve them refreshments,” explained Jasmine.

“You’ve got to be kidding me?  They’re serving refreshments instead of dancing with everyone else?! How low can the school board go?” asked Mina.

“It’s not the school board’s doing, Mina, its Jessica’s doing.  She thinks that anyone that’s lower class that’s better at something and they want t achieve in it, she treats them like the dirt on the ground.  The rest of her family’s that way too.  She’s the heir to the Case family fortune.  Not that anyone wants their money.  This Engagement Party is just to get publicity because they’ve been in the news a lot lately for accusations of theft and drug smuggling.  No one knows for sure, but that’s what I’ve heard,” Joey explained.

“How do you know all of this, Joey?  Even I didn’t know all of this about Jessica’s family,” Yugi said.

“Yeah well, I overheard a group of people talking about it in Algebra.  Of course this is just a rumor I heard.  No one knows if it’s true or not.” Joey noticed that Jasmine was writing something down in her notebook. “Eh, what are you doing?” he asked.

“Me? Oh, I’m writing this stuff that you’re telling me down.  Even if it’s just speculation, I need to know what type of person Jessica is.  You know, when I turned in my petition request with the students signatures on it to the principle, it got turned down just as soon as I tried to turn it in.  I knew that would happen, so I decided that I wanted to dig further as to why.  I already figured out that it had something to do with Jessica.  And Yugi told me earlier today that her family owns half of the school.  How’s it possible to own half and not the whole thing?” Jasmine asked.

“That’s where Jessica’s Engagement Party comes into play.  The original owner of the school, Mr. Takaishi died so many years ago and Mr. Case, Jessica’s dad, was his partner in building all the schools in Domino City.  Even though Mr. Takaishi left the school to Mr. Case, he still couldn’t own all of it.  Only the heir to his family could and Takaishi only had one son.  And of course, that soon is the one who owns the other half of the school.  He’s the one Jessica’s supposedly marrying.”

Jasmine kept writing all of the things Joey was saying down.

“But I still don’t get it though.  Why invite us if all they want is to own Domino High School,” Mina said.

“Why else?  To get some dirt on us and try and make it out of big deal,” Joey said.

“But to invite all of us?  Including you as well as Yugi, Tristan, and Tea?” asked Mina.

“That’s Jessica for you.  You can never figure her out.  Besides, I feel bad for Tea and her sister and her cousin.  They have no choice but to go,” replied Yugi.

“And why is that, Yugi?” Jasmine asked.

“Because Tea and Kristin’s mom is dating Jessica’s dad.  I don’t know how serious the relationship is.  Tea won’t talk to me about.  She seems depressed about it,” Yugi said.

(Jasmine’s POV)

Oh yeah, sure she is.  If Jessica is as bad as they say she is, there’s no doubt in my mind that Tea is secretly friends with her.

(End POV)

“Tea’s mom dating Jessica’s dad?  I didn’t know that,” replied Mina.

“Well, not everybody does.  Tea doesn’t really talk about it much.  But those who do know, gossip about it,” Joey said.

“I see.  Joey, do you know why Jessica’s dad wants to buy the rest of Domino High?” Jasmine asked.

“Not sure.  But there was another rumor going around that her family wants to tear down Domino High, remake it over, and rename it after the Case family.  Though it’s only a rumor so I don’t know for sure if this one is true,” said Joey.

“But that makes no sense.  See Jasmine, this is why I didn’t want you to go through with that petition.  Even though I don’t know much about Jessica and her family like Joey does, but still, she could end up trying to destroying your dignity in the process,” Yugi replied.

“Yuge’s right, ya know?  There are some students who have committed suicide because of what Jessica puts them through.  But don’t be afraid of anything.  You should go through with your petition for that dance program.  The freshmen and sophomores do deserve a little dignity of their own.  At least someone is trying to stand up to Jessica.  A lot have tried and failed.  Plus everyone is afraid of her and her family,” explained Joey.

“This is all so sad and cruel.  Why does Jessica care about what anyone does at Domino High?  Why doesn’t she just flaunt her money with her friends and 17 different boyfriends like any average preppy rich girl?” asked Mina.

“She would if she could but she can’t because she engaged.  Girls in Miami were known for that at the school we went to.  Joey, do you by any chance know the name of the son Mr. Takaishi had?” asked Jasmine.

“Tomiichi Takaishi.  He recently changed his name when he left for a business thing in America,” replied Joey.

“Which means he’s using his American name so no one will know who he is,” Jasmine said.

“Basically,” Joey said.

Jasmine wrote as much of this information as she could down in her notebook.

“Do you really need all of this to organize to petition?  I just always thought you had to get a long list of signature to prove your point across to a jerk,” said Mina.

“That’s usually the case but when you’re dealing with someone like Jessica, getting a bunch of signatures is not enough.  You have to go beyond that if you want to beat Jessica at her own game,” said Joey.

“He’s right, Mina.  Anyway, I hope you two change your minds and decide to come with us Sunday to Jessica’s Party.  I’m going to invite Amara, Michelle, and Trista.  I have to call them as soon as I get home,” said Jasmine.

“But Jasmine, Jessica only invited students that go to Domino High not Domino University,” said Mina.

“Not true.  Jessica always invites college students but they’re mostly just cute guys and cool people,” replied Joey.

Yugi looked at his watch and noticed what time it was.  “Hey Jasmine, we need to get home,” he replied.

“Okay.  It was nice discussing this with you two.  I’ll have talk to everyone else about wanting to go,” Jasmine said, while getting up off the floor.

“Yeah it is getting pretty late and no telling when my dad’s comin’ home tonight,” said Joey.

“That’s true. Just don’t be making-out and he catches you,” laughed Jasmine.

Yugi covered his eyes slightly with his left hand.  “Mental block not working,” he replied.

Jasmine grabbed Yugi’s right arm.  “Come on you.  Let’s go before we have to get you a new set of eyes and a brain washing machine,” she said as she pulled him towards the door.

“It’s not my fault,” he said.

Both Jasmine and Yugi grabbed their things and headed on out the door.  Mina just giggled.

“It’s hard to believe that Yugi’s so innocent when he has a girlfriend,” said Mina.

Joey closed the door and locked.  “Well, Yuge’s girlfriend is nice.  Besides, I want to see how she’s going to pull that petition off even without Jessica saying anything about it,” Joey said.

“If there’s one thing I know about Jasmine, is that she never takes no for an answer.  Why don’t we just get back to doing our homework?  I want make a good impression on your dad that I’m not trying corrupt your mind,” replied Mina, laughing a little.

“You should now by now that it’s very hard to corrupt my mind.” Joey smiled at Mina and she smiled back.

AT THE CASE MANSION:

Meanwhile at the Case family mansion, Jessica was ranting and raving in anger, in her room.

“I can’t believe this!!!  Some girl from America is trying to show me up!!!  Me!!!  Jessica Case!!!  And of all people, it had to be Yugi’s girlfriend.  I bet he put her up to it!!  Ugh!!  If he weren’t so famous for beating the creator of Duel Monsters, he and his grandfather would so be living on the streets living in cardboard boxes!!!  This is unfair!!!!!”

All of a sudden, there was knock on her bedroom door.

“Who is it!!??” she shouted angrily.

“It’s Azumi.  Your maid,” she said behind the door.

Jessica calmed down and sat on her bed quietly with her hands in her lap.

“You may enter,” she replied.

Azumi opened Jessica’s door and walked in.  “I came to inform you that you have two messages on the answering machine in the living room.  One is from your sister Elizabeth in America and another one is from some girl by the name of Tea Gardner.”

Jessica gasped in shock. “Tea?!  Why in the world would she be calling?  I thought I told you to erase unworthy messages that are a waste of my time.”

“But ma’am, she insisted that you call her back.  And besides, your father’s dating her mother and she might also invite her children to your Engagement Party, Sunday,” Azumi said.

“Well, you’re probably right.  I’ll return her call to see what she wants.  In the meantime, I want everything for my engagement party to be perfect.  I don’t want any screw-ups.  And I also want my future husband here for the party.  Any plans that might come up that involves him, I want them canceled until further notice.  He can’t miss the most important day of our lives.  Now hop to it,” Jessica ordered.

“As you wish, miss,” replied Azumi as she bowed and left Jessica’s room.

(Jessica’s POV)

I wonder why Tea wants me to call her.  It better be really important because I don’t have time for these little games common people play.

(End POV)

Jessica put her phone on speaker and began dialing Tea’s house number.  As soon as it started ringing, there was a response on the other end.

“Hello?” someone answered.

“Hi, this is Jessica Case.  Is Tea Gardner home?” Jessica asked.

“Oh!  Hi, Jessica.  This is Tea.  Did you get my message?” asked Tea.

“Uh, duh.  Why do you think I’m calling you back?  Anyway, what is so important that it couldn’t wait until I actually had the time?” Jessica was sitting on her bed with her arms crossed.

“I need your help.  I’m having a problem with this girl.  Her name is Jasmine Tsukino,” said Tea.

Jessica’s face expression changed from annoyed to extremely interested. “You don’t say?  Well, what if I told you that I’m having a problem with her as well?”

“You are?  But my problem is different.  I was wondering if you could—

“You were wondering if I’d help you get your hooks into Yugi Moto.  But in order to do that, you’d have to make it seem like his girlfriend Jasmine isn’t good enough for him.  And so far, all of your plans to do that have failed.  Am I correct?” asked Jessica, cutting Tea off in mid-sentence.

“How’d you—

“Oh please, my daddy has this whole town wired and on surveillance.  I already know what you’ve been trying to do and I also knew that you might contact me whenever you got tired of your plans failing.  Besides, she’s reached the annoyance status on my list when she tried to make a petition for those ninth and tenth graders.  And of course it was rejected by my request.”

“So that’s why Yugi was worried about her.  He kept talking about Jasmine doing a petition but he didn’t tell me what it was about.  I don’t trust this girlfriend of his.  Have you also heard the news about these so-called Sailor Senshi?” Tea asked.

“Ugh!  Who hasn’t?!  They’re talking about it all over the world.  It’s all nonsense if you ask me.  Whoever heard of girls in mini-skirts saving people?  Ridiculous!  Anyway, I don’t mind helping you to break up Yugi and his girlfriend Jasmine.  But before I do that, I want to toy with her a little bit.  Seeing people like her run in fear when they hear my name is what amuses me so much.  That’s why I invited you, your friends, and Yugi friends.  I assume that’s all the friends from America that he knows?” Jessica asked, being nosey.

“Well… no.  There’s more of them actually.  And they might invite them to your party as well.  I think only four of them are in college though,” replied Tea.

“College?  Well, at least Yugi’s American friends picked to hang around older adults that can improve their image and popularity a little.  Now back to business.  If I’m going to help you get Yugi to be with you, you’re going to have to not say anything.  And I mean that.  If word gets out that you asked me for help, not only will Yugi hate you, but he also won’t have anything to do with you.  Get where I’m coming from?”

“Yes, Jessica.  I do.  I’ll make sure that no one finds out.  And I mean absolutely no one.  Thank you for helping me, Jess.  I totally appreciate it.  So, what do I owe you in return for you helping me?” Tea asked.

“Only thing I want in return is for Yugi’s girlfriend to be put in her place.  Now, I have to plan extra hard to make sure that what I have setup for my Engagement Party, Sunday is fool proof.  So, I shall see you tomorrow at school behind the gym.  If anyone sees you, play it off and just make it seem like you’re only talking to me about my party.  That line works every time.  Gotta go.  Buh-bye!”

Jessica pressed the end button on her phone to end the call with Tea.  She then laid back on her bed and laughed evilly in amusement.

DOMINO NEWS STATION CHANNEL SIX:

Cindy, Bob, Jeffery, Aki, and Akemi were in Mr. Yoshifumi’s office at this time.  He’d called for all of them to be in his office for a very important discussion.

“So, what did you want to talk to us about, Mr. Yoshifumi?” asked Cindy.

“The footage you recently shot and your new ‘one time only assignment,” replied Mr. Yoshifumi.

“New assignment, sir?” Jeffery asked.

“That’s right.  But first things first, I’m congratulating you all on a wonderful job you did with last night’s footage.  I was starting to doubt you guys when I gave you this ‘Sailor Senshi’ project assignment.  But… you proved me wrong.  Though it is strange that these girls are actually in our town, now you need to focus on finding out their true identities,” said Mr. Yoshifumi.

“Is this our new assignment or something?” Bob asked.

“No, but I’m getting to that.”

“But you haven’t asked us anything about Heather and how she got mixed up in all of this,” Aki replied.

“Actually, I was surprised to know that she was even there.  I mean I know she lives in that apartment complex and everything but she also doesn’t believe that these girls exist.  I also noticed you tried to get some information from these girls as well.” Mr. Yoshifumi sat back in his chair.

“That’s true, but we all know Heather never listens to us.  She even saw the footage for herself and she still doesn’t believe us,” Aki said.

“Well, I’m not going to force her to believe us, so therefore… I think we should stop trying.  So sir, what’s our new assignment?” asked Cindy.

“Well, your assignment has to do with the Case family, of course,” Mr. Yoshifumi began.

All of them groaned in anguish, except for Aki and Akemi.  Mr. Yoshifumi crossed his arms.

“I can always give this assignment to Heather—

“NO!” they all shouted.

“I didn’t think so.  Now, I picked you all for this assignment because I assumed that since these ‘Sailor Senshi’ have been showing up lately, I just thought… that maybe they’ll show up there, along with the little fairy girl.  Who now seems to be a part of their group, it seems.  So far, the gossip around the town is that most people may think they know the identities of these girls.  Now how true that is, I don’t really know.  Plus, the Case family wanted their daughter’s Engagement Party aired on television and I’ve asked everyone I could think of, including Heather.  But they all said no.”

“But sir, you kinda have to understand that no one likes the Case family at all because they’ve done nothing that’s good for Domino City.  They blackmail people, blacklist them, force them to either work with them or that person eventually commits suicide just to keep their secret from being known by anyone.  Their publicity is not every good,” said Jeffery.

“I agree with Jeffery on this one, Mr. Yoshifumi.  You expect us to boost their image by broadcasting their daughter’s so-called Engagement Party?  I’m sorry sir, but even if there are assumptions of the Sailor Senshi appearing there, we don’t want anything to do with the Case family,” Bob said firmly.

“Nope.” Cindy crossed her arm.

Aki and Akemi just shook their heads ‘no’.  Mr. Yoshifumi sighed.

“Please guys.  I really need you to do this for me.  No one else wants to broadcast it live and you all are my only hope.  I understand that the family has not done any good for this town or for the people that live here.  But with all this publicity, there maybe an attack on their daughter and with these Sailor Senshi now in our tow, we all have to be careful.  And I’ll pay you all well if you do this for me.  So, what do you say?  Will you all change your minds?” Mr. Yoshifumi pleaded.

The gang all looked at each other and nodded their heads.

“Okay, we’ll do it,” Bob spoke up.

“But this is the only thing we’ll do that has any relation to the Case family.  They’re nothing but trouble and they cause heartache and pain to anyone they come in contact with that tries to stand up to them,” said Cindy, crossing her arms.

“I’m with Cindy.  Our project is more important than worrying about the Case family.  So, I’m in too,” said Jeffery.

“And so are we,” Akemi replied.

“Yay!” Aki said happily.

AT THE DOMINO VILLAGE APARTMENTS:

Maura was in her room working on her homework.  Her family was busy doing other things around the house.  She had already finished her part of the house chores as soon as she got home.  But she was having trouble concentrating on her work because she was thinking about what happened last night.

(Maura’s POV)

Last night was almost a complete disaster.  How did those reporters know that the Sailor Senshi would be there?  That was too much of a coincidence.  And not only that, those reporters caught me on tape as well.  Talk about bad luck.  But then again, maybe these Sailor Senshi can help me find out about my past and where I come from.  But… I can’t just ask them, they may think I’m crazy.  I don’t have any other choice in the matter.  I may never get another chance to find out about my past and where I come from and who my real parents are if I don’t ask them.

But there’s only one problem, I promised Mokuba I’d be more careful.  And if my hunch in correct, the next time the Sailor Senshi appear again, those reporters will be there.  I’m in a lose-lose situation.

(End POV)

Just then, there was a knock at Maura’s bedroom door.  It was her sister.

“Who is it?” asked Maura.

“It’s Kimie,” she replied.

“Oh!  Come in, Kimie,” said Maura.

Kimie open the door and walked into Maura’s room.  She was a very small girl around the age of nine, with short hair just like Maura’s but it was red.

“I’m bored.  What are you doing?” Kimie asked.

“Uh, I’m doing my homework.  Hey, why don’t you come and sit on the bed with me?” Maura suggested.

“Okay!” Kimie said happily as she jumped on her sister’s bed.

“It’s been awhile since the last time we hung out.” Maura giggled.

Kimie smiled, but then her smile turned into a frown.  Maura noticed this and became concerned.

“What’s wrong, Kimie?” she asked.

“Well,” Kimie began, “I’m afraid that once you find out who your real family is, you will leave us,” she said, weeping a little.

“Oh, Kimie.” Maura wrapped her arms around her little sister.  “That’s not true.  You, Benjiro, Mom, and Dad will always be my family.  No matter what, okay?  That will never change.  I only want to find out where I come from and who were my real parents,” Maura said.

“But… I don’t want you to leave us.  What if you find your real parents and they want you to come live with them?  Then you’d leave us forever!” Kimie had tears streaming down her face.

Maura hugged Kimie tightly to calm her down.

“Kimie, even if I find them, I’m not going to leave the family I’ve know for years.  I will never leave you guys.  Not ever.”

(Maura’s POV)

But I have to find my family, Kimie.  I might lose you all in the process but I have to know.  It’s the only way to ease the pain of the loneliness in my heart.

ONE CRYSTAL TOKYO:

“The paths of the Sailor Senshi are going to change,” Serenity replied.

“I know.  And I fear that Chibi-Chibi’s presence on Earth will change everything between Yugi and Jasmine.” Atinako crossed her arms.

“Atina, I understand that you’re worried about Jasmine, but you can’t change what’s going to happen,” Serenity said.

“But it can’t happen!  It must not happen, Serena!  I married Pharaoh Atem in my lifetime and now, Jasmine will marry Yugi in hers.  That’s the way it should be,” said Atinako.

“But at what cost if she later decides that she truly doesn’t love him?!  Tell me!  At what cost, Atina!!??” shouted Serenity angrily.

Atinako was shocked that her own sister had yelled at her.

“I… am sorry, Serena.  But I can’t let the future be changed.  What if all of this was happening to Bunny and not Jasmine?  You can’t tell me that you wouldn’t do everything you could to keep her and Darien together.”

Serenity crossed her arms and turned away from Atinako.  “I’d do what I think is right thing to do.  But… I won’t try and create obstacles to stop her from being with whomever she wants to be with,” she said, looking back at her sister.

Atinako… had nothing more to say.

THE TSUKINO FAMILY HOME:

Jasmine was sitting her room sorting out the paperwork for the Dance Program petition.  There to keep her company, was her kitten Uno, who by the way was sitting on her bed curled up in a cute little ball.

(Jasmine’s POV)

This petition is a good start to get Jessica Case’s attention. The rules of Domino High are ridiculous!  I’ve never heard of lower grade level students having to serve refreshments.  It’s stupid!  Well, hopefully going to this party might give me an edge in bringing the Dance Program back.

Then, there’s Tea, Yugi’s friend.  He said that her mother was dating Jessica’s father.  But I have a feeling that Tea is hanging around Jessica and doesn’t want anyone to know.  Tea is as fake as a $2.00 bill.  But there’s no way I can just tell Yugi that without him getting upset.

(End POV)

Jasmine was startled with Uno rubbing up against her leg and purring.  Jasmine smiled and began petting her.

“You sure know how to comfort someone, don’t you?” Jasmine replied.

Just then, Bunny just barged into Jasmine’s room huffing and puffing.

“Uh, Bunny… what are you doing?” she asked, sweat dropping.

“I was just told by Ryoko that you’re actually going to Jessica Case’s Engagement Party, Sunday!”

“Yeah, but I don’t see the big deal about it.  I’m only going to gather some more information about her.  I know you probably think it’s silly but I don’t believe that underclassmen students at Domino High should be treated like dirt,” Jasmine explained.

“That’s all?” Bunny sweat dropped. “Hmm, and knowing Ryoko, she might side with Jessica since she’s friends with her.  This wouldn’t by any chance have anything to do with those students in dance do it?” she asked.

“Yea, it does.  My petition was denied because of the fact that Jessica made the rule of lower class students serving everyone else in dance and they just watch and don’t participate.  I was kinda hoping everyone would come along since we got invitations,” said Jasmine.

“Well, what do you think Ryoko’s been doing for the past two hours?  We don’t want to go because we don’t trust Jessica, let alone like her after she insulted Joey and then Mina.  But… I guess if you’re going, then, we’ll all go,” said Bunny.

“Thanks.  Oh and don’t think just because I’m going, I’m not going to bring a little firepower with me.  So, you might want to go ahead and invited Sammy too,” Jasmine suggested.

“AAHH!!  Why!!??” Bunny shouted, practically screaming.

“Because, if Jessica thinks that just because she’s rich and can play dirty, doesn’t mean we can’t either.  Besides, trying to tell him to behave out in public is like talking to a wall,” said Jasmine sarcastically.

“True.  You’ve got a point there.  I wonder if Tea’s going,” replied Bunny.

Jasmine began scratching Uno behind her ear.  “Of course she is.  Her mom’s dating Jessica’s dad.”

“What?!  I didn’t know that!  Who told you?” Bunny asked.

“Yugi did.  He said she doesn’t like to talk about it much.  Plus, you still won’t believe me when I say she likes Yugi the way I do but she won’t admit it.” Jasmine crossed her arms.

Bunny sighed in annoyance.  “Okay, so what if she might innocently have a crush on Yugi, is it that big of a deal?  She’s putting her feelings aside and respecting the fact that you and Yugi are dating,” said Bunny.

“Sometimes I wonder if you were born with half a brain.” Jasmine arched her right brow.

“Hmph!”  Bunny turned away from her sister and crossed her arms.  “Well, I think you’re just a little jealous of her and you won’t admit it.”

“What?!  That’s not even true and you know it.  If I were jealous, we’d be at her funeral by now.  So don’t even go there about me being jealous of Tea.  I’ve tried to talk to her and get to know her but she’s yet to make somewhat of an interested effort.”

“But she has tried and—

“I said somewhat of an interested effort.  Meaning, she’s tried, but she looks like she could care less even if I existed.  Just doing it because Yugi told her to and after that, she ignores me.  So if you’re trying to get me and Tea to be friends… don’t because it’s not going to work and I refuse to hang around someone who’s annoyed of me being around them.

Bunny turned around and face Jasmine and saw that she was serious.

(Bunny’s POV)

How can I make Jasmine see that Tea is really a nice girl if she just gives her a chance?  I’m going to ask her if she has a crush on Yugi and if she says no, then maybe Jasmine will think twice about her.

(End POV)

“Okay, I’ll respect your opinion about Tea.  So now, I’m going to tell everyone downstairs that you’re going to Jessica’s party.”  Bunny left Jasmine’s room and closed the door behind her, which she was standing behind it.

(Bunny’s POV)

I’m starting to feel as if… I don’t know my own sister anymore.

(End POV)

AT THE KAIBA MANSION:

Kaiba was in his office on his computer, as usual, that is, until Mokuba walked in.

“Don’t you usually knock?” he asked.

“Yeah, but I finished my homework and it’s your turn to give Chibi-Chibi a bath this time, Seto,” Mokuba said.

“I’ll give her one later.  Right now, I’m busy with something,” replied Kaiba.

“Seto, you said that last time and you forgot.  Then when you were in the shower, she followed you in there.” Mokuba crossed his arms.

Kaiba looked away from his computer and at his little brother.

“I’ll try not to forget this time.  I really don’t like the idea of her in the shower with me anyway,” Kaiba said.

“Why?” asked Mokuba.

“I’m not used to it,” said Kaiba.

“Fine.  I’ll give her a bath again,” Mokuba said.

“Thank you.”  Kaiba went back to typing on his computer.

Mokuba was about to leave but he didn’t.  Not just yet anyway.

“Hey Seto, have you seen the news today?” he asked.

“Why?” asked Kaiba, still typing.

“Well, for one, they’ve been talking about those Sailor Senshi.  People actually saw them, Seto.  That has to mean they’re real, right?”

“Mokuba, I already told you that I don’t believe in hocus pocus mind tricks.  They’re obviously fake and it’s only some stunt the news is pulling to get more ratings,” said Kaiba.

“Maura doesn’t think so.  She was there,” Mokuba said.

“Doesn’t she live behind the Oakwood Apartment complex?” Kaiba asked.

“Yeah.  Oh come on, Seto, you won’t know if the Sailor Senshi are real unless you see them for yourself, right?  Maybe Yugi and his friends might know something about them.”

“Oh please.  Those geeks think they know everything,” replied Kaiba.

“Well, Seto, if you feel that way, then why don’t we ask them.  They’re going to Jessica’s Engagement Party.”

“They are?  Anyone who has any brains would know to stay away from Jessica because she’s up to no good.”

“True, but Jasmine’s going because she’s trying to get a petition approved since Domino High’s principle declined it,” Mokuba explained.

“How do you know all of this exactly?” asked Kaiba

“I talked to Sammy not too long ago over the phone.  Why don’t we go, Seto?  Jessica’s party shouldn’t be all that bad,” replied Mokuba.

“Because I don’t like Jessica.  And besides, if Jasmine and her friends got invitations, then she’s definitely planning something.  She wouldn’t have invited them without a reason.  Obviously to find out some information about them,” Kaiba said.

“Well, Jasmine’s probably figured that out by now.  According to Sammy, Jasmine’s only going to find out some more information about Jessica and if you don’t go, Chibi-Chibi will be whining all day about wanting to see Jasmine.” Mokuba gave his brother the puppy dog pout.

“Why do you want to go so bad?” asked Kaiba.

“Because my friends are going to be there and we’re not really doing anything important on that day, so why not go?  It’s something to do right?”

Kaiba stopped typing for a moment and looked at his little brother with a smile on his face.  Mokuba gave his brother a confused look.

“What is it, Seto?  You usually don’t smile very often.  And it’s… kinda creepy,” Mokuba replied.

“You like her don’t you?” Kaiba asked.

“Like who?  I have no idea who you’re talking about, big brother,” Mokuba said.

“You know who I’m talking about, Mokuba.  Your friend… Hotaru.  You like her don’t you?” Kaiba replied, teasing his little brother.

Mokuba blushed furiously.  “Uh, uh, whatever gave you that idea, Seto?” Mokuba asked.

“Because you talk about her all the time.  So, my little brother has a crush on someone, right?” Kaiba teased.

“Seto, that’s not fair.  I don’t pick on you because you like Jasmine.”

“Of course you don’t.  Niles pretty much has that covered.  I’d wish he’d stop though.”

Mokuba crossed his arms.  “Uh-huh.  Well, are we going or not?” he asked.

“Fine, we’ll go.  But I can’t promise you that I’ll like being there.  Me being there will just give Jessica a reason to make conversation,” Kaiba said.

“Well, you can hate Jessica all you want.  At least you get to see Jasmine.”

Mokuba turned around and left his brother’s office.

(Kaiba’s POV)

Jasmine… she can never know that I love her.  Her happiness is more important than mine.

(End POV)
