Chei Tagawa is a junior at Domino High School. He enjoys hanging out with his friends and Jasmine and her friends. He mostly likes to hang around Karmen Ada. Chei already has a girlfriend named Terujo Chino but feels uneasy being around her because she doesn'’t trust him around other girls. And as much as he’d hate to admit, he began to lose interest in her because of that. He started having feelings for Karmen. When Terujo saw him kissing Karmen one day, she went crazy and thought Carmen was trying to take Chei away from her. When he saw what kind of person Terujo can really be, he broke up with her and went out with Karmen.
