Chibi-Chibi Crystal Power, Makeup - Is the phrase Chibi-Chibi uses to transform into “Sailor Chibi-Chibi Moon”. She has no actual broach or pendant to use to transform. There are no flowers in the backdrop of Sailor Chibi Chibi's signature pose.

Tiare Staff - Her staff isn’t the same as the Moon Princesses. Her design is short, but features a cream crystal heart at the top with a pink ring around it. She can only use it to perform the cleansing move, “Light of Healing”.

Light of Healing - A healing ability that requires Chibi-Chibi Moon to hold her Tiare Staff above her head, a trail of pink glitter and mist is emanated. She then moves it in a circular motion, outlining a circle in front of her, then with both hands, holds the staff in the manner of holding a baseball bat, and with all her strength, she hits the drawn circle at her targets and heals them, turning them back to normal.

PERSONALITY: Chibi-Chibi is a kindhearted and mischievous little girl who is secretive. She is a young child who mysteriously appeared one day in the Kaiba Mansion in Seto Kaiba’s office. She appears as unassuming as possible and regularly feigns ignorance and powerlessness when around Seto Kaiba and the Sailor Guardians. She grew an attachment to Seto and began to address him as “Papa” and when she met Jasmine, she would address her as “Mama”. All the Sailor Guardians believed she was the second daughter of either Usagi or Jasmine when Chibi-Chibi first appeared, but the speculations slowed, and they merely accepted her presence. Her appearance is what caused the closeness that Seto and Jasmine began to develop for one another. It is before the Battle City Tournament and the end of the battle between Galaxia, it is revealed that Chibi-Chibi is a Sailor Guardian who is willing to sacrifice herself to protect those she cares about. Usagi and Jasmine both protected Chibi-Chibi from dying despite the two sisters having their differences with each other. Chibi-Chibi doesn’t disappear but instead remains with Seto Kaiba, who officially decides to adopt her.

APPEARANCE: Chibi Chibi is a small girl. She has pink hair that’s tied in two heart-shaped odango from which short coiled strings of hair emerge. Her bangs are shaped in an exaggerated heart shape. She has blue eyes. She wears a white, long-sleeved shirt with a dark pink bow and a light pink heart brooch at its center, a blue skirt with a blue back bow, white socks, white shoes with pink hearts and accents, a rounded collar, and pink heart earrings. As “Sailor Chibi-Chibi Moon”, her uniform consists of a white leotard with a pink chest bow and a pink heart brooch affixed to it. Her sailor collar is light blue with no stripes. She wears gold-outlined pink heart-shaped odango covers, her tiara is gold with a pink heart, and her earrings are pink heart studs. Her choker is pink with a pink heart motif. She wears puffy sleeves with double rows of pink and yellow trim. Her gloves are white, and the elbow pads are pink and yellow. Her skirt is light blue with a double trim of pink and yellow and has a pink back bow. She wears white knee-high boots with a hot pink border and pink heart accents at the base. HISTORY: Chibi-Chibi is a mysterious little girl. She appears in Seto Kaiba's office one day for no reason whatsoever. She started calling him “Papa”. And when she met Jasmine Tsukino, she started to call her “Mama”. So basically, she thinks they're both her parents.

Chibi-Chibi came from the Moon Kingdom in the future. She came down to Earth to restore order and bring together people who were meant to be together. She was trying to bring Kaiba and Jasmine together because their past lives had been together, but was separated because of the kingdom's rules.

At the end of the battle against Sailor Galaxia, she almost dies, but is protected by Usagi and Jasmine, preventing her death. The battle was won, but instead of returning to where she came from, she remains around when Seto starts the Battle City Tournament, and by then he is already in a known relationship with Jasmine who is pregnant with their child. Seto decides to adopt her at the end of the tournament.
