Hotaru transforms into the Melancholic Fighter, Sailor Saturn. She possesses the ability to create an enormous amount of energy that can blast anything in her path, but she does this subconsciously. Hotaru's mother died when she was young, and thus she lives in seclusion with her father, Professor Tomoe. Hotaru later becomes friends with Chibiusa and with the Sailor Senshi. Sailor Saturn is the leader of the Outer Senshi. Her adoptive parents are Haruka Tenou and Tom Robinson. Hotaru is a very kind girl and is very friendly. When being brought to Domino City, by Usagi and Jasmine's mother, she started to attend middle school at Domino Junior High. There she met a boy by the name of Mokuba Kaiba, which is Seto Kaiba's younger brother. Which later on in the story, her and Mokuba start dating each other. Hotaru is arguably the most powerful of all the Sailor Senshi, but she is severely limited by her weak constitution. |
