This girl is a trip. She has a loud mouth and doesn't take shit from anybody. Karmen has a very foul mouth and doesn'’t care that much for hanging around stuck up rich people. That includes Jessica Case and Seto Kaiba. But she eventually warms up to Kaiba when she finds out that her best friend Jasmine Tsukino, is dating him and is having his child. She didn’'t approve at first but she got used to it. She also hangs around another girl named Brittany Collier. She’s known both Jasmine and Brittany since elementary school, so they'’re pretty tight.

While going to Domino High, she meets a boy named Chei Tagawa who happens to already have a girlfriend by the name of Terujo Chino. Even thought she didn’'t want to admit it at first, but she started having feelings for Chei even though they started off as friends. But she made the mistake in kissing him and Terujo saw them both. That’'s when everything went to hell in a hand-basket. But Chei dumped Terujo seeing as how she was too paranoid to trust him and he lost interest in her.
