POWERS & ABILITIES:
Venus Henshin Pen - Minako uses an orange henshin pen with a star on top and the symbol for "Venus" in the middle of it to transform into "Sailor Venus" by calling out the phrase "Venus Power, Make Up!". Holding it up in the air, a long banner of golden stars emitted from it and swirled around her body in a spiral formation. The stars then sink into the ground, rushing upward to cover Minako's entire body. She then spins downward, having transformed into her fuku as Sailor Venus, and finishes by striking her final pose.

Crescent Compact - This small crescent moon-shaped compact was given to Minako by Artemis. Originally, it was used for many of her attacks under her old identity as "Sailor V" but it now functions as a disguise compact that works similarly to Usagi's and Jasmine's disguise pens to where she can disguise herself as anyone she chooses when on important missions that require it. To activate it, she calls out the phrase "Venus Disguise Power!" along with saying the name of the disguise she wants to take on, and she transforms into it. It is also used to perform her attack "Venus Crescent Boomerang".

Venus Crescent Boomerang - Works in a similar fashion to Sailor Moon and Star Moon, throwing their tiaras at their enemies. The Venus Compact glows brightly, then, after calling out the attack name, she tosses it at her enemies, which, if struck with it, they are usually disintegrated to dust. Though she can, at will, force the attack power of the attack to half its strength, so it doesn't end up killing them, especially if it is an innocent person turned human.

Venus Love Me Chain - To perform this attack, Venus uses the red chain that's saddled around her waist as a weapon, calling out the attack name while tossing it at enemies to bind and shock them with a violent, strong golden light.

PERSONALITY: Minako has known to always have an athletic side of herself, for she obtained her powers much earlier. In London, she started out as Sailor V, having met Artemis there, and he was the one who awakened her powers as Sailor Venus. She is more experienced in fighting since she’s been doing it longer. On top of that, in school, she participates in playing sports like volleyball, helping her to stay fit and energetic. Plus, it matched her energetic and hyper personality as well. She loves to sing and dance, always having a dream of one day becoming an idol sensation known across the world, but she knew that was something that she had to work hard at if she wanted it. Aside from her love of music, she also enjoys having fun, whether it’s going out to have fun or throwing a party to cheer up her friends; she just loves to have fun.

She doesn’t like to see anyone else sad and upset, and she does her best to bring a smile back on their faces, tries to get them to be happy again, even if it’s only for a little while. And if that doesn’t work, she tries to give them helpful advice on love and life in hopes that they can have a little bit of an understanding of their situation. It may take people a while to accept the advice or actually apply it to their lives, but to Minako, she sees it in a manner that people can’t say that she didn’t try to help, at least to the best of her ability, if it was possible. This is the serious & mature side of Minako. The lovable side of her is often silly, boy crazy, loves reading romance novels, playing matchmaker with her friends' lives, and can be a bit absent-minded at times. But this goes without saying, that she is a bad person, she’s a wonderful person, the best friend a person could have.

Minako is an underachiever in school, making bad grades frequently, even though she does actually put effort into studying, so long as she doesn't cheat. Given the chance, she will take the time to bring her grades up, no matter how boring she finds it. But she knows that if her grades and her GPA in high school stay low, she won't get into a good college and achieve the dream she's always had. On another topic, her family is a subject that Minako particularly likes to avoid. She cares about them, but she holds resentment towards her mother, who often would yell at her for making poor grades instead of helping her to make better ones. She got fed up and thus moved out on her own at a young age. She can be a bit absent-minded sometimes, to the point where she can be forgetful or her mind is on more than one thing at a time.

She also doesn't like to see others get put down and humiliated, no matter the reason. She's not a very forgiving person when it comes to the feelings of others and has never hesitated in telling people off when they deserve it, which gets her in trouble. It's why she's never considered one of the "popular" girls in school, though Minako's never shown interest in trying to be popular, but many have made assumptions about her to the point she's learned to ignore them. It's why she keeps her personal life to herself. She may never have anything going on, but the last thing she wants to deal with is someone judging her about it. Yes, she can be a bit boy crazy when she sees a hot guy, which is constantly the main distraction in her life; she has enough not to want to end up with just anybody. With that aspect of her life, she is careful, though many may believe otherwise.

APPEARANCE: Minako is 5'1'' with long blonde hair that goes all the way down to the back of her thighs with a red bow on the back of her head and blue eyes. Her usual attire is that of a school uniform, although she wears her old school uniform despite Domino High having a uniform that she can wear. For casual clothing outside of school, she'd wear items like tank tops, blouses, skirts, shorts, dresses, bathing suits to show off her body, and occasional idol outfits she'd dress up in. For shoes, it's flip-flops, high heels, sandals, tennis shoes, and, now and then, she'll wear boots. Sailor Venus's fuku has the dominant color of orange (choker, collar, center of front bow, elbow fittings of gloves, skirt, shoes, and earrings) And her accent colors were blue (front bow) and yellow (tiara gem and back bow). Her collar had one white stripe near the edge of the collar (not at the center), and her shoes were orange heels with ankle straps. Venus I & Venus II

HISTORY: Mina transforms into the Dynamic Fighter, Sailor Venus. Before Mina joined the Sailor Guardians, she fought crime in England as Sailor V. After a friend broke her heart, Mina returned to Tokyo, Japan, where her Guardian cat, Artemis, brought her to meet Luna and the four other Guardians. Mina attends Domino High School as a Senior. Minako is arguably the most friendly and likable of the five Guardians, and cares deeply about her family, her friends, and the small children. She also enjoys shopping, volleyball, romantic action movies, and just being mischievous. And she also has a crush on Jonouchi Katsuya, one of Yuugi's friends. But we all know Mina's crushes never last long, but will this crush on Jonouchi turn into something more than just a crush?
