PLACE OF LIVING: Kaiyuu and her twin sister Kakyuu were the princesses of Tankei in the Kinmoku Kingdom. However, their home was destroyed by Sailor Galaxia and the two princesses fled to Earth, but were separated. Now, Kaiyuu is desperately searching for her twin sister.

SAILOR GUARDIAN ATTACKS:
Starlights Royal Straight Flush Whirlwind - Blue cards form a circle around her, and she sends them flying toward her targets in the form of a whirlwind. They cut through the air and move extremely fast.

Kinmoku Fusion Tempest - A flurry of flowers (in this case, of purple lilies), but it is a defensive ability rather than an attack.

PERSONALITY: She is the Second Princess and new ruler of the distant planet Kinmoku, after discovering the death of her twin sister, Kakyuu. Despite how shy she was compared to her sister, Kaiyuu stepped up in the heat of the battle against Sailor Galaxia and the three witches: Zaria, Milla, and Aline, and helped the Sailor Guardians defeat them. She thanked them for doing their best to protect her sister and wasn't at all upset with them for her death. She was sad, sure, but not angry. If anything, she deeply misses her sister and wishes she was still here with her.

APPEARANCE: Kaiyuu has long baby-blue hair and dons a long, deep blue dress with blue in the bodice and puffy sleeves. She has black crown and a lime-green ribbon around her neck that resembles a flower. Sailor Kaiyuu's uniform, she retains the same crown she wears in her Princess form. She has a star tiara. The pins in her hair and choker are the same as her princess form as well. The choker is a gold ribbon with blossoms in the center. She has a breast-piece that is baby-blue. Her collar is also baby-blue. She has puffy armbands that are translucent orange. Her skirt is like her princess skirt, but shorter. It consists of many orange-red translucent petals. Her shoes curl into a point at the tips. She has a Sailor Change Star brooch, which is a star with wings. Sailor Kaiyuu I

HISTORY: Princess Kaiyuu is from the planet Kinmoku. She is a Princess more like how Usagi and Jasmine are princesses. She came to Earth in search of her sister Kakyuu, but she took the form of a kitten to disguise herself so Galaxia wouldn't easily find her. The planet Kinmoku is in another galaxy, and planet Kinmoku was attacked in the Sailor Wars by Chaos/Evil Sailor Galaxia. Princess Kaiyuu and Kakyuu both fled to Earth, where she felt she would be safe. Kaiyuu didn't reveal herself until the battle between Sailor Galaxia had started. By the time she reached the battlefield, her sister Kakyuu had already been killed by Sailor Galaxia, who tried to manipulate Kaiyuu into fighting against the Sailor Guardians. However, it didn't work. Instead, Kaiyuu stood up to fight against Sailor Galaxia instead.

At the end of the battle, Sailor Galaxia, Kaiyuu, was able to return to her home planet that she had to rebuild and was crowned its new ruler in place of her deceased sister. With the encouragement of the Sailor Guardians, she promised she would be a good ruler and let them know they could reach out to her any time they needed help.
