Arisa Raikatuji/Sailor Vortexf Sailor wears a blue dress with a gianormous bow behind it. She also wears a mask and gloves. This is in her Senshi form but in civilian form, she wears a dark blue business outfit. She knows about the Sailor Senshi through Galaxia and she attacks people that Bunny and Jasmine know. She shouts ‘Success!’ when she thinks she’s found a star seed. Even though she never really used her cover up name Arisa Raikatuji, she still found her targets without it. The three witches: Milla, Zaria, and Aline caused her death but Galaxia was the one that killed her by taking away her bracelets.
