POWERS & ABILITIES:
Chibi Star Moon Broach - Sakura uses her own broach to transform into “Super Sailor Chibi Star Moon” by shouting the phrase “Star Moon Crisis, Make Up!” to do so. Unlike Usagi and Chibiusa, who transform together, Sakura and Jasmine do not, and their Guardian outfits look very different.

Blue Lightning Moon Sword - A medium-sized, yet powerful sword that is used to launch Sakura’s “Blue Lightning Strike” attack. Chibi Star Moon is also able to use the sword normally to attack without the need to power it up. The reason for this is that she’s able to use her demonic abilities by infusing the power into the sword, turning it dark blue and black in color, and making it a more potent weapon.

Star Moon Electric Shock - An attack that allows Chibi Star Moon to fire a form of blue electricity out of the palm of her hands and at her enemies.

Blue Lightning Strike - To perform this attack, it requires Chibi Star Moon to use the “Blue Lightning Moon Sword”. The sword produces circular blue rings of electricity, which she twirls the sword around in her hand in a circle, and then sends the attack at her enemies, then using the sword to swing down on the blue rings that are launched at them. The rings explode when made contact with an enemy.

Demonic Abilities - Due to her half-demon side, she possesses dark abilities that mix with her abilities of light. With an unnamed demonic father in a possible future, she’d hoped that because Jasmine was dating Yuugi in the present, it would change her future. It would seem her future would be changed, and Seto Kaiba would be her father. Therefore, the previous demonic abilities she possessed will no longer be present. However, when she still had the abilities, she was much stronger than the average human, along with all her other senses heightened as well. Her demonic side is what caused her ostracization when she lived in the Moon Kingdom with her future mother, Atinako. However, Sakura was determined to show that she wasn’t evil and meant no harm to the citizens of the Moon Kingdom. Due to a lack of proper training with her demonic abilities, Sakura tends to release too much power accidentally. Through meditation, Sakura learned to use a small percentage of her demonic energy to strengthen herself and her preexisting powers without hurting herself or others.

PERSONALITY: Sakura is like her future mother, Jasmine Tsukino, in that she has the gift for being able to sing and dance; however, she is embarrassed to do so in front of others. She prefers to do so in private. She’s also a tomboy as well, having no qualms about the idea of punching anyone she believes is making others feel like crap. While violence is never the answer to solving problems, Sakura doesn’t mind using it when it is necessary. Truth be told, the desire to do so when someone is being annoying is always there, but she chooses not to act on those feelings.

She is fully aware of how others see her. She is a half-demon in the future she is from, and Chibiusa is her younger cousin. While originally being jealous of Chibiusa, not understanding why she was acting like such a brat, these feelings of hers began to change when other children in the Moon Kingdom began to tease her for being small. All it did was remind Sakura of how she wasn’t recognized as the first grandchild and princess born. It’d sparked the desire to become Queen of the Moon Kingdom and put an end to the judgment and mistreatment of those who aren’t born pure.

While her future grandmother never treated her or Chibiusa differently, it wasn’t hard for Sakura to notice how others around them treated them. It’s why, when Sakura came to the future with Chibiusa, she was happy about her future mother, Jasmine Tsukino, falling in love with a boy named Yuugi Motou. Although it looked as if the two of them would be together, it eventually changed when Jasmine became pregnant, and Seto Kaiba was the father. HER future father. Did she like the guy? Not really. But she didn’t shame Jasmine for her choice. Despite being blunt when speaking, Sakura is very honest and is a young voice of reason when the adults around her are acting like idiots.

APPEARANCE: Sakura stands at the height of 5’0” with shoulder-length black hair that’s parted to the right, with black colored eyes. Because in the distant future, her father was supposed to be a demon, Sakura’s eyes tended to change from black to red whenever her emotions were rattled, usually when she was upset whenever others were doing something wrong. She doesn’t have physical demonic deformities and appears human, but that doesn’t prevent her from being treated like a monster by others despite appearing normal. Sakura also wears a pair of red-framed glasses as well. Sakura is usually seen wearing casual clothing that involves short-sleeved t-shirts of different colors with designs on them, with shorts, pants, and the occasional dark skirt. Unless encouraged, it is rare for Sakura willingly wears bright colored clothes and chooses the color red a lot of the time. When attending school at Seinan Academy, she wears a vermilion jacket under a cream-colored vest, a high-collared white shirt, and a red tie. She also wears a red uniform skirt with black knee-high socks and black suede shoes. Sakura does have a Sailor Guardian form, but doesn’t often transform into it and can fight normally. However, to avoid putting close friends in danger, she transforms into “Sailor Chibi Star Moon” with the colors of her Guardian outfit being light blue with a dark blue bow in the front, and a light blue heart-shaped bow in the middle of the bow. HISTORY: Sakura is the daughter of Princess Atinako in the future, but in the present, the future daughter of Jasmine Tsukino. In her future, Sakura’s father is unnamed, as her mother had a child with someone her family didn’t approve of, who was a demon. This demon bore no harm to Atinako’s family and was willing to prove that for however long it took. Sakura and her father were always outcasts, but her mother, Atinako, loved both of them, which she appreciated. What she didn’t like was how the citizens of the Moon Kingdom treated her entire family.

This treatment is what caused her to be jealous of her younger cousin Chibiusa, who was the daughter of Atinako’s twin sister, Sakura’s aunt, Princess Usagi. Chibiusa was adored by many adults for being a normal child, and her mother was the example of a true Queen and ruler. She didn’t hate Chibiusa, but she kept her distance. That is, until children in the kingdom would mistreat Chibiusa for being small and not showing the potential of becoming a Sailor Guardian.

It is this treatment that caused Sakura to desire to become the future Queen of the Moon Kingdom to change how citizens treat one another, without giving them a chance to prove themselves. So, when the Moon Kingdom was attacked, and she and Chibiusa got transported to the present, where they both met their future mothers. The change in how they were treated within the Tsukino family was night and day. They weren’t treated differently. Given equal love and support.

Sakura was even happy that her future mother, Jasmine Tsukino, was dating a guy named Yuugi Motou. The difference between the two of them was definitely obvious. Sakura was definitely Jasmine’s future daughter as they shared similar interests and habits, but she was on the fence about Yuugi possibly being her future father. She wasn’t opposed to the idea, but she couldn’t help but feel they wouldn’t last long together and she didn’t know why. That became clear when the two of them broke up, and Jasmine began dating Seto Kaiba. She was indifferent towards him.

In fact, she was rather blunt about her dislike of him, but Jasmine’s happiness was more important, and while Seto appeared to be and acted like a jerk, he did show concern and care for Jasmine. So, when everyone got upset with Jasmine for deciding to be with Seto and not Yuugi, Sakura set them all straight that it wasn’t their choice of who Jasmine decided to be with. It was Jasmine’s choice. At the end of the battle between the Sailor Guardians and Sailor Galaxia, Seto was aware of Jasmine being a Sailor Guardian and that she had a future daughter.

By then, Seto had accepted that there were forces out there that were far beyond his control and gave Sakura a pat on the head. In their own way, accepting one another without words.
