POWERS & ABILITIES:
White Star Gem Broach – After finally reaching the final evolution in her powers, Usagi received a White Star Gem Broach to transform into her final Senshi form, becoming ‘Princess Sailor Moon’ by shouting the phrase ‘Moon Princess, Make Up!’

Moon Power Tiare – An upgrade form of Usagi’s Eternal Tiare that was created when the Holy Moon Chalice attached itself to the Tiare. She uses it to perform her most powerful upgraded attack, Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss as well as Silver Moon Crystal Power. This staff was originally destroyed by Queen Ria when Usagi attempted to heal her using one of her powers. It didn’t return until Usagi finally evolved. She’s now able to use it to perform some of her old attacks as well as a few new ones.

Moon Twilight Flash – An old attack that originally required her to use the gem in her tiara to reflect moonlight at the enemy, but now she can use the crescent moon on her forehead to reflect moonlight on her enemies. She’s also able to use her Tiare to perform this attack differently. In which case, the Tiare begins to glow, and then lifts her leg and spins, appearing to briefly separate into three images. When the images reunited as one again, she points the Tiare at her opponent, and it fires balls of glowing light.

Moon Princess Sword – Usagi has the original Princess Sword that Queen Serenity had once used, which enables her to deflect attacks, absorb them, and send them back at her opponent, or perform a powerfully destructive attack. This sword can also transform into the Princess Harp, which is used for healing.

Princess Harp – The Silver Imperial Crystal is attached to the harm that Usagi can use to heal people. This item can also be used to play music to express her sad feelings. The Princess Harp could transform into the Princess Sword, which was a very powerful weapon.

Disguise Pen – Luna gave Usagi the Disguise Pen so she could disguise herself to complete a mission more easily. Usagi was, however, known to use it for more personal matters against Luna's wishes. In addition to changing her appearance, the Disguise Pen also seemed to give her knowledge that went with the assumed form. When using the Disguise Pen, Usagi held it up and shouted the transformation phrase: ‘Moon Power Ni Nare’, including the description of her wanted disguise. Multicolored streams of light shot out of the crystal atop the Pen, and then swooped around and back in with a flash of pink light. Thick bands of stars rushed by as the Pen spun rapidly in mid-air, then Usagi appeared silhouetted against a full moon, her hair ruffling in a breeze. In a flash of light, Usagi then appeared in her chosen disguise. This pen also worked for Minako Aino and Jasmine Tsukino, but the two of them rarely use it.

Silver Moon Crystal Power – During the battle against Queen Nehelenia, Usagi was able to willingly transform into her Eternal Guardian Fuku, though only temporarily,y to be able to perform this attack that apparently had healing properties. She used it in an attempt to turn the evil woman back into a good person that she believed her to be, and not someone really bent on taking over the world and trying to kill the Sailor Guardians like all of their previous enemies. When using this power, the Moon Power Tiare extended to become a staff, then released an intense golden light as she called out its name. The power seemed to affect Queen Nehelenia at first, but she eventually recovered and shattered the Moon Power Tiare to pieces, causing her to be rendered powerless. Although her powers returned, the Tiare did not, at least not for a while, making Usagi unable to use any of her powers. It wasn’t until she’d overcome the depression that she’d allowed herself to be sunk into that enabled her to achieve her final Guardian form, along with new powers as well as old and new weapons. That included the Moon Power Tiare.

Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss – Usagi’s attack she’d gained when she evolved into Eternal Sailor Moon. When calling out the name of this attack, the Holy Moon Chalice appears, accompanied by swirling feathers. The base and the top of the object disappear, leaving only a winged, round compact. She would then attach it to the lower end of the Eternal Tiare, producing a stream of pink energy and feathers. She then holds her left hand by the lower end of the Tiare as her right hand moves it upwards, and the Tiare (now known as the Moon Power Tiare) extends to twice its length. Swinging it around, Usagi would strike a pose as she turned to each side, before finally taking hold of it in front of her with both hands. She then begins to call out the name of the attack as a storm of feathers begins swirling around her, and spins around while the Tiare emits rays of golden light. When she reaches the final word, she holds the Tiare above her head, and light radiates from the top of the Tiare in all directions, and it would heal an enemy in an instant. Whether it was someone who turned into a phage or a youma creature.

Retractable Wings - The evolution of Sailor Moon's powers has given her transparent wings with her new fuku; therefore, she can retract her wings at will when she doesn't need them and summon them when she needs to. With Sailor Moon not being a capable and strong combat-type fighter like the other Guardians, this is something that she finds to be quite useful to her.

Guardian Dust – The power of the dust within the wings that evolved Sailor Guardians gain takes on the form of fairy dust that can be used to bring any dark power, curse, and/or spell from another person. Other things this can be used for are returning lost memories to a person, healing wounds as long as they're not heavily severe, and healing various disabilities, such as the following: blindness, being unable to walk, and anything that isn't life-threatening. However, not all Sailor Senshi that evolve are permitted to use their Senshi Dust without proper permission and reason. Sailor Moon is not one of the Guardians forbidden to use this power and therefore, would be exempt from any sort of punishment.

PERSONALITY: Usagi has always had a very trusting nature, believing that there is good in everyone, no matter who they are. Personally, she never believed in physically fighting with someone and hated it when her twin sister Jasmine got into fights with people. Even to this day, she doesn’t care too much for confrontations and would try to avoid them as much as possible, even when she became Sailor Moon at the early age of fourteen years old. In appearance and power, she was considered the weakest of the Guardians, but was believed to be the leader of the Sailor Guardians group. While her powers were strong, Usagi herself was not, as her attacks had a habit of failing quite a lot. But this never stopped her from wanting to protect those whom she cared about from harm. But she still acts like a preteen despite being eighteen years old. She loves eating, and the majority of the time, it is sweets.

Usagi loves shopping, but she’s learned not to blow ALL of her money on useless junk, but she still buys it from time to time just to splurge a little bit on herself. Most of that stuff includes manga and video games, which she would play for so many hours straight. And of course she loves to have fun, whether it’s going to the movies or having a get-together with friends and family. She was close with her family at the start of the story, but as it progressed, her trust in them began to wane because of the secrets kept. Especially when Jasmine broke up with Yuugi and started a relationship with Seto Kaiba. She was upset because, in her mind, it meant that Jasmine's future daughter, Sakura, wouldn't be born. Her father was already unknown in the future, and deciding to love someone else confused Usagi. These feelings stem from her own struggles with her relationship with her boyfriend and future husband, Mamoru Chiba.

There was a time she and Mamoru broke up briefly, but that was because he was worried about her well-being because of an enemy they were facing at the time it happened. But it doesn't stop her from worrying that Mamoru would fall in love with someone else, and that means Chibiusa would no longer be born. There's also her mother, Diane, as well. It was during the Battle City Tournament, Usagi discovers during the virtual world incident that her mother had a baby with Gozaburo Kaiba, but used her powers to erase those memories from her and Jasmine. It turns out that they have a younger half-sister out there they don't know about, and all it did was upset Usagi. She didn't know how to handle taking in all the information that she was discovering. After the tournament, she didn't talk to her sister and mother for a while, but with encouragement from her friends and Mamoru, she was able to get over her own feelings and reconcile with them. As it turns out, Usagi was basically projecting her own fears of losing Mamoru and Chibiusa onto Jasmine, and she apologized to her for that. She also apologized to her friends for being distant from them because of the whole ordeal.

Usagi is trying her best to control her emotions with each day that passes. She isn't rushing herself to feel entirely better about everything she learned, but she won't allow herself to hold everything in and not talk about it.

APPEARANCE: Even though Usagi and Jasmine were twins, Usagi was much shorter than her sister, making her the shortest Sailor Guardian out of the others at a height of 5'3". She has blue eyes and wears her blonde hair in two pigtails topped with buns known as odangos. She has a peach skin complexion, is very skinny, weighing at least 120lbs, but of course, Usagi considers being at such a weight considers her to be fat when she’s not. She has a rounded face and eyes and has a B cup bust compared to Jasmine, who is a size larger. As for her clothing, she'd always wear something more casual and non-revealing, unlike most girls would that are her age. She prefers simple things like dresses, skirts, tennis shoes, sandals, occasional shorts, pants, and Capri jeans. Now that Usagi has finally evolved into Princess Sailor Moon, her new evolved Sailor Fuku is a light blue tank top that shows off her stomach entirely with a five-pointed star at the top that is connected to a light blue neck strap, and she wears a light blue and pink mini skirt. Her gloves are translucent pink with different-colored polka dots on them that go to her upper arm. Her wings are large and butterfly-shaped, pink in color with an undertone of shades of blue, magenta, and pink with small gems that hang off the ends. Her hair has grew longer in length as well as thicker, with odangos styled on the sides of her head with a light blue highlights starting at the front and stopping at the back, she has braids styled in the front of her hair but mixed in with the rest of her hair that hangs down and goes all the way down to her feet and she bares a crescent moon in the center of her forehead. She no longer wears boots on her feet and instead dons strap barefoot sandals like coils going around her legs and connected by a sideways star button. Princess Sailor Moon

HISTORY: Usagi is definitely not who you would expect to be the leader of the Sailor Guardians. She's a little clumsy, lazy, carefree, & definitely more interested in games & dating (like the dashing Tuxedo Kamen). But Usagi is very loyal to her friends, & will do anything to help them. Like Sailor Venus, Usagi has a special guardian as well, a talking cat named Luna. As Sailor Moon, she is a reluctant hero, & doesn't totally understand her powers. Usagi is the Moon Princess (Princess Serenity), & Sailor Moon. She's the leader of the Sailor Guardians, which has caused some friction between the scouts, since she's not the toughest. She is also the mother of Chibiusa, who is the future, and she has a twin sister named Jasmine, who is Sailor Star Moon (Princess Atinako).

Usagi's part in the story has her, Jasmine, and the rest of the Guardians have to defeat a new enemy by the name of Galaxia. Galaxia had a daughter years ago by the name of Catora, but Catora was freed from the evil that was controlling her, thanks to both of the sisters. Of course, telling Galaxia that her daughter was dead was the biggest mistake they ever made. And now, they’re living in Domino City, Japan, where her sister’s boyfriend lives, and that’s when things went into hell in a hand basket.
Like Usagi, her sister was also destined to have a child in the future with her boyfriend, but that all changed when she fell in love with the multi-billionaire, Seto Kaiba. And Usagi was only thinking of her sister’s well-being, tried to tell Jasmine that if she didn’t get back together with Yuugi Motou (her boyfriend), Sakura (Jasmine's daughter in the future) will not be born. So by not siding with her sister, she slowly began losing contact with her. But in the end, Usagi did eventually come around. The same could be said with her mother, Diane, whom she discovered had a child with, Gozaburo Kaiba, a half-sister, making Usagi distance herself from her mother just as she did her sister.

However, it was after the Battle City Tournament that it took time for Usagi to come around and forgive her mother and sister for projecting her fears onto them. She also apologized to her friends and Mamoru for being distant and not talking about how she was feeling with them. With the world being saved and protected thanks to Sailor Moon, Yuugi Motou & Atem (Spirit within Yuugi's puzzle), Usagi believed she could have a quiet and normal life. She graduated from Domino High School and spent the night with Mamoru to celebrate. She hopes that from their union, Chibiusa will be born. In the meantime, she is happy to be a proud aunt of Jasmine and Seto's future child, whom they will name Sakura Kaiba.
